Situated above Sweaty Betty in a beautiful listed building, the studio offers the perfect environment for a pre or post work stretch, offering a full timetable of 45, 60 and 75-minute classes.

Tiia is one of Yoga Kula’s best loved teachers and a graduate from our very first 18 month Teacher Training five years ago. Tiia is excited to be brining Yoga Kula’s brand of forward thinking authentic yoga to the city centre.
Yoga Kula Victoria offers a wide range of Yoga styles including: Ashtanga Yoga, Ashtanga Fusion, Yin and Yin Flow, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, Beginner’s Yoga, Hatha, Breathwork, Sound Bath, Fireside classes
