The Cut & Craft Leeds Announces £1.2 Million Expansion
The Cut & Craft is entering an exciting new chapter this spring, with a £1.2 million expansion bringing an elegant new bar and lounge, new private dining spaces and a refreshed late-night experience to its Victoria Quarter location.
Set within the former Collinson’s Café, the much-loved restaurant will expand into the neighbouring former Paul Smith store, creating an even more impressive destination for dining, drinks and celebrations. Once complete, the extended space will offer 370 covers, while continuing to celebrate the beauty and heritage of the Grade II-listed building.
Inspired by the legacy of Wallace Hartley, the musician who once played at Collinson’s Café before becoming bandleader on the Titanic, the new interiors will include elegant Belle Époque references and a dedicated stage for weekly live music.
Guests can also look forward to cocktails, Champagne experiences, elevated bar snacks, two beautifully designed private dining rooms and a new Afternoon Tea offering, with cakes and scones baked fresh in-house.
Open seven days a week, The Cut & Craft Leeds will continue to offer its signature affordable luxury dining experience, now with even more reasons to visit, from stylish lunches and memorable dinners to cocktails, live music and private celebrations in the heart of Victoria Quarter.
