Moda in Pelle AW19

Moda in Pelle Autumn/Winter 2019 Collection – The Moda in Pelle Autumn/Winter 2019 Collection, celebrates femininity, empowerment and individuality. By encouraging free expression in fashion and design, the collection allows women to show their inner self through colour, shape and detail. Based around 3 signature stories, this season adds luxury, style and elegance to any outfit and wardrobe. ‘Urban Romance’ combines strong, striking, feminine silhouettes with a palette of cool grey, navy and ocean blue. Zebra prints, monochrome snake and pyramid stud embellishments add feature details to traditional, iconic footwear classics. A fusion of craftsmanship and design innovation. ‘Elegant Imperfection’ celebrates the flaws in nature and us all, embracing hand burnished leathers, deep rich tones and form fitting lines. Tonality and texture are at the heart of every design, with second skin stretch and knit panelling, rich suedes, buttery leathers and glossy textured, embossed patterns. ‘Eccentric Eclectic’ curates a selection of exotic styles, with a warm autumnal palette and a mix of unexpected snake and leopard prints. Colour brings every design to life, with hints of bold, strong tones and details throughout. Khaki and rich green add a new addition to a winter palette, bringing a sense of freshness and sophistication. Inspired by nature, art and diversity. “We’ve really embraced the animal print trend this season and have encompassed our heritage leopard in various guises, alongside a new, fresh offer of beautiful coloured snake printed leather. My particular favourites are our slouchy, long snake boots on a chunky heel, with metal detailing – great for injecting newness into your Winter wardrobe. We have extended this to our accessories range, which features our key feature leathers for a head to toe look. Finally, we’ve elevated our everyday staples by incorporating our Moda DNA into the leisure collection, with key sneaker silhouettes in rich animal print leathers. ” – Harriet, Head of Footwear & Accessory Design
