Aesop Reading Room to celebrate Leeds Pride

In celebration of Leeds Pride, Aesop Leeds is hosting its first-ever Reading Room, inspired by the Aesop Queer Library initiative.

Founded on a belief in the transformative power of queer storytelling, the Aesop Queer Library champions LGBTQIA+ voices through literature that broadens perspectives, fosters community and inspires connection. Since 2021, Aesop has gifted more than 20,000 books by queer authors across the UK.

For one weekend only, visitors to Aesop Leeds can browse a curated selection of books available to take away, free of charge and with no purchase necessary. Books are available while stocks last.

It will open at Aesop Leeds:

Friday 17^th July: 10am – 6pm
Saturday 18^th July: 10am – 6pm
Sunday 19^th July: 11am – 5pm
