At Victoria Leeds, we strive to provide a warm welcome and comfortable visits for all our visitors. Both Victoria Quarter and Victoria Gate are accessible via our main automatic entrance doors, and our multi-storey car park can be accessed via John Lewis’ automatic doors from Victoria Gate.
Changing Places
Our Changing Places facilities are located on Level 1 in Victoria Gate, accessed via our lifts located at the end of the corridor from our Customer Service Desk.
To access the Changing Places facility, you will need to collect the key from the Customer Service Desk outside Gant and Russell & Bromley.
Hidden Disabilities
We understand that not all disabilities are visible. If you require extra assistance, please let us know at our Customer Service Desk and our dedicated team will do their utmost to assist you during their visit.
Toilets and Washrooms
Our toilets and disabled-access washrooms are located on Level 1 in Victoria Gate, accessed via our lifts located at the end of the corridor from our Customer Service Desk.
Family Room
We have a useful Family Room also located on Level 1 in Victoria Gate, accessed via our lifts located at the end of the corridor from our Customer Service Desk. This has space for baby change, a separate toilet, instant hot water and a space to sit and feed.
John Lewis Leeds also has extensive family provision on Level 4 of its store, in-case our family room is occupied.
Disabled & Family Parking Spaces
We have 48 disabled parking spaces and 18 family parking spaces, available on most levels in our multi-storey car park. For ease of access, there is a direct entrance to John Lewis Leeds on Level 1 and Level 6 of our car park, however we do have three lifts to allow access to each floor. Please note that street level doors to our car park are not automatic, so access via John Lewis is recommended.
Sign Live (Convo)
Victoria Leeds has partnered with Convo in the UK to unlock conversations with you using real time British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting services.
You can connect with Convo directly in British Sign Language (BSL) from anywhere through Convo, their deaf-led remote interpreting service.
If you use BSL, you can call them through the Convo Now app on iOS, Android, or a web browser. Simply find them in the Community Directory. From the moment you connect, the interpreter is there, ready to reach the right person and support the conversation throughout.
