Will the toilets be open?
Yes – the toilets, accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are open, although we have introduced measures to encourage social distancing. The family room will be available but limited to one family at any one time. The changing places facility will be accessible on request.

Which stores are open?
If you are planning to visit a particular store, please visit their page here for the latest information. These may be subject to change due to COVID-19 requirements.
The Customer Service Desk is open and the opening hours are:
Monday to Friday – 10.30 till 17.30 Saturday – 09.30 till 17.30 Sunday – 11.30 till 16.30
Is Collect + available? Collect+ is available at the Customer Service Desk for collections and returns. The service is available during Customer Service desk opening times
Are the Amazon lockers available?
Yes, Amazon Lockers are available and located on the first floor by the toilets in Victoria Gate.
Can I use the lift?
Our lifts are available for use but social distancing is required at all time, and we are recommending one person or household per lift. Please only enter a vacant lift when it becomes available. This may mean delays to your journey through the centre during times of high use.
Are the car parks open?

Do I have to wear a face mask/covering? In line with the latest guidance from the Government, face coverings must be worn throughout the centre, including in all our stores, unless you are exempt. More information and guidance on who is exempt and ways to disclose this are available on the Government’s website here. Are store changing rooms open to try on items? Our retailers will have their own policies when it comes to changing rooms and return periods, so if you’re interested in visiting a specific store, we’d recommend getting in touch with them direct.
