SALES ASSOCIATE VACANCY

As a Sales Associate, you will be selling our stunning jewellery by offering an exceptional customer experience.
You will act as an ambassador of our brand, inspiring customers with our products and the stories behind them, providing the ultimate THOMAS SABO shopping experience that will see customers return time after time.
You will be focused in achieving your personal KPIs and targets/objectives, whilst contributing to those set for the store.
Core responsibilities:
Maximise sales through the consistent use of the THOMAS SABO selling technique;
· Use your product knowledge to tell the story behind the items you are selling;
· Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual and store sales targets and Company KPIs by ensuring the highest level and quality of Customer Service;
· Capture meaningful customer data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes
of connecting with the customer, building relationships and personalizing future customer
development opportunities;
· Ability to discuss with customers and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products;
· Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues to foster open and constructive
communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive
working environment;
· Carry out additional services for our customers such as ear piercing and engraving;
· Maintain security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and
merchandise;
· Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with THOMAS SABO
visual standards;
· Contribute to the daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized understock and stock room;
· Follow all company policies and procedures;
· Operate as an ambassador of the brand by being fashion forward; understanding how our jewellery fits within the fashion arena maintaining immaculate personal appearance and grooming standards, following the THOMAS SABO dress code and style guidelines and wearing your name badge and the latest THOMAS SABO products at all times when at work.
