Our Sales Assistants are the lifeblood of our company, and the face of Moda for most of our customers! As a Sales Assistant you will be able to inspire desire in a customer, and offer a personal and professional service at all times. With your help, every shopper will be able to find their perfect pair of shoes for any occasion, and they’ll always remember your fantastic customer service.
Overview
We’re looking for someone who can…
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times with a friendly and engaging personality
- Communicate excitement about our products in a helpful and polite manner
- Consistently drive store sales performance in order to meet and exceed store targets
- Work as part of a close-knit team with excellent communication skills
- Lead by example, with a positive, “can-do” attitude and a focus on helping our customers
