Assistant Manager (Full Time)
Our store supervisors are the ones who keep Moda in Pelle running smoothly. As a supervisor, you will help your team manager to run the store or concession. You will be a committed, organised and confident member of your store team, eager to learn about our products and update your team on the features and benefits of each style.
Overview
We’re looking for someone who can…
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and a positive, polite attitude
- Drive sales in store, working to company targets and KPI’s and delivering fantastic results
- Be fully flexible, and be willing to work some late nights and weekends depending on your position
- Be self-motivated, with the ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Communicate a real passion for footwear to the customer
