Put your sushi making skills to the test, and join Issho for a sushi masterclass high above the city!

Led by the talented Issho sushi chef, Elmar, this class gives you the chance to put on your apron, tie your hachimaki and put your sushi making skills to the test.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail, before making your way into the restaurant, and taking to your station.

Finish with a dining experience, where you can enjoy your creations over a glass of sparkling Sake, and reflect on the day.
