We are currently looking for a part-time sales associate who can work at least 2 days per week (weekend cover), but would consider an applicant looking for a full-time position.
CANDIDATES WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
- Work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
- Provide a memorable experience for every customer through outstanding customer service
- Proactively handle customer enquiries
- Ensure exceptional store standards are maintained
- Process jewellery repairs and valuations
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous sales experience in the luxury goods market desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience of working with jewellery is preferred, but not essential
