Nicholas Nicola

Nicholas Nicola is the Director of Allertons, a self-care department store with locations across the Uk and here in Victoria Leeds.

He began his career in beauty retail at 18, working with Clinique, Estée Lauder, and Creme de la Mer in Leeds. After facing unreliable agency work, he launched his own beauty recruitment agency while juggling two full-time jobs. Starting with just £4,000 in turnover, he grew the business to over £1 million before founding Allertons. Built on the belief that empathy drives meaningful connection and success, Allertons reflects Nick’s philosophy that understanding people is more powerful than traditional sales. His journey is rooted in resilience, passion for skincare, and a commitment to community.
