Michelle Eagleton is an experienced TV and Radio presenter with over 20 years background in broadcast journalism working for national and local media, including BBC Radio Manchester, Key 103, GMTV, BBC Breakfast, and most recently BBC One’s Morning Live. Her career has seen her interview a number of high-profile celebrities including Sir David Attenborough, Cher and Dame Joan Collins.

Michelle has reported live from numerous red carpets and covered an array of awards ceremonies from the BAFTAS to the British Soap Awards. A regular live event host, Michelle will be found comparing ladies lunches, fashion shows and taking to the stage to present at awards and charity balls.

Meet this month’s first guest

Honour Wainwright – Director of Marketing at Boodles

Honour Wainwright joined Boodles in 2020 from the media company Condé Nast and was the first female family member to join the company in Boodles history. Honour spent some time as both Head of Communications and Brand Manager and now oversees the marketing department in its entirety, an element of the business she has always been passionate about.

“I am hugely excited to be the first female family member to join Boodles – and with that comes an enormous sense of responsibility! Although over 50% of Boodles management roles are held by women in the company, the industry is still very much male dominated. Therefore, I feel a duty to advocate for greater female representation, whether that be as craftswomen, gemmologists or within other senior management positions in the industry at large. This, alongside ensuring Boodles continues to be a pioneer in the field of traceability, is what I am truly passionate about.”

Isabelle Handley-Allen is a fashion and beauty content creator based in Leeds – you can find her as Belle so Chic on Instagram. Born and bred in Leeds, she moved to the south of France for her studies at 19 and lived in France, Italy and Belgium for several years, before returning to Leeds in 2014.

She previously had her own business providing translation and interpreting services – she speaks fluent French and Italian – before her health made work impossible in 2016. In 2018, Isabelle almost died from her health condition Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and spent over a year in hospital. She went into hospital unable to move her body by herself but walked out on her own two feet having learnt to walk again at the age of 35.

Isabelle started content creation at the suggestion of her mother (mums are so wise) when she was still recovering and now creates daily fashion, beauty and positive mindset content for her 400k+ followers.
