At Victoria Leeds we’re proud to support our local charities through our Positive Places Plan. Every year we nominate two local groups as our charity partners’. In August 2018 we put it to the vote and gave our management team the chance to decide. They nominated the Bone Cancer Research Trust and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, who each received £2500 as part of our bursary funding.
The Bone Cancer Research Trust is a charity that offers hope to people affected by primary bone cancer. So far Victoria Leeds has supported the charity by completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge and our staff have raised around £2000 towards the overall efforts.

The Yorkshire Air Ambulance is a well-respected and dedicated helicopter emergency service for the Yorkshire and the Humber region of England. In 2018 our retailers and staff welcomed the charity into the centre as part of Yellow Yorkshire Day, helping the charity to raise an additional £1500 on top of their bursary amount.
