Wagyu Bar and Grill was established in early 2019 with the sole intention of developing restaurants throughout Yorkshire to share their outstanding beef products with the local community.
Sourced and reared at an established farm in Warter near Pocklington Wagyu Bar and Grill serves some of the finest steaks in a true gate to plate restaurant concept.
The family-run restaurant, which already has venues in York and Harrogate, will bring the famous Japanese beef to the heart of Leeds, giving diners a chance to experience the restaurant’s unique ‘gate to plate’ concept.
The varied and extensive menu will include premium quality produce from prime steaks to award-winning beef short ribs and slow-cooked beef cheeks.
Warrendale Farms in Pocklington partnered with Adrian Hunter, to bring the restaurant project to market in March. Originating from Japan, Wagyu is known as the world’s most exclusive beef with its distinctive marbling creating exceptional taste and quality.
