Ideally 3 years of retail/managing experience required
• The assistant managers role is to support the manager in the daily operations of the store.
• Work with customers and help carry out the directives of the manager and owner.
• You will also ensure that the store personnel provides exceptional customer service.
• Make sure that the store is looking its best at all times.
• Help to plan store events, preparing promotional materials and displays.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Help with stock takes
• Liaising with head office
• Maximising profitability and sales
• You will have a shoe allowance
