Full Time Assistant Manager

Ideally 3 years of retail/managing experience required 

The assistant managers role is to support the manager in the daily operations of the store.
Work with customers and help carry out the directives of the manager and owner.
You will also ensure that the store personnel provides exceptional customer service. 
Make sure that the store is looking its best at all times.
Help to plan store events, preparing promotional materials and displays.
Dealing with customer queries and complaints 
Help with stock takes 
Liaising with head office 
Maximising profitability and sales 
You will have a shoe allowance
