Our show-stopping Christmas window takes pride of place on Sidney Street – the heart of Victoria Leeds – until Boxing Day. In true Miracle on 34th Street fashion, toy soldiers recently revealed the window on the street which has been transformed into a quintessential scene from any Christmas classic, including snowfall all day and festive bratwurst and drinks, making for an unforgettable Christmas shopping trip.

A trip to Leeds wouldn’t be complete without heading to the famous Christmas tree in Victoria Quarter for a selfie with our light-up antlers. This year also sees the return of Victoria Gate’s signature giant light-up reindeer and other beautiful twinkling decorations.  

With an array of Christmas activities planned, including some very special magical performances from local choirs, the Piano Trail, Leeds Conservatoire and Opera North, we’re encouraging shoppers to ditch last minute shopping and hours of late-night online scrolling, for a truly memorable experience.

Finish off your visit with a well-deserved gourmet experience at one of our dining outlets. Soak up the city views and indulge in an experiential dining concept at Issho. Specialising in freshly prepared sushi, choose to admire the craftsmanship in the open kitchen or admire the Leeds skyline. Also boasting city views, East 59th offers New York-style brunch classics followed by an American-inspired menu of classic burgers, surf n turf and sweet desserts. All restaurants, including the newly opened The Ivy Asia and The Cut and Craft, will be serving up seasonal specials with Christmas menus and party bookings available.

Enjoy extended shopping hours Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with most stores now open until 7pm. From Monday 12th December until 23rd December, extended hours will be every day, apart from Sundays.
