We’re a small business with a big heart.

Since Chantal started baking brownies for friends back in 2008 our business has been to make people happy. Although our company has grown, we still use the best ingredients and bake our mouth-watering brownies by hand to put a smile on your face.

Our flagship café in Victoria Gate offers our delicious ‘Dales Kitchen’ breakfast and lunch menus with loaded sourdough toasts, healthy salads and jam-packed sandwiches, alongside our award-winning brownies and vegan brownies. Or, if you’re just after a quick breather between shops, try our premium freshly-brewed coffee, our luxurious hot chocolate, a healthy smoothie, or a magnificent brownie milkshake (vegan alternatives available).

With seating both inside the café and within the Victoria Gate centre, you can choose to stay part of the action, or chill out in our shop with a relaxing Scandi vibe.
